LOCAL CHARTER
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENT THAT:
By Authority of the Constitution this Charter is hereby granted to:
Local 7200
of the Communications Workers of America, with the following jurisdiction:
“Over all work performed by employees eligible for Union membership employed by: Consumer Products Division of AT&T Technologies, Inc., located in Minneapolis, Minnesota; AT&T Communications (ATTCOM) (EXCLUDING FORMER LONG LINES DEPARTMENTS); AT&T Mobility (Minnesota Global Business Call Center) located Bloomington Minnesota; DexOne located in Maple Grove, Minnesota; Avaya; CenturyLink in the areas covered by the following cities: Andover, Anoka, Blaine, Bloomington, Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Blue Earth, Buffalo, Burnsville, Cambridge, Chanhassen, Chaska, Columbia Heights, Coon Rapids, Crystal, Dayton, Deephaven, Eden Prairie, Edina, Elk River, Excelsior, Fridley, Gaylord, Gibbon, Glencoe, Golden Valley, Hamel, Hanover, Hopkins, LeSueur, Maple Grove, Mankato, Minneapolis, Minnetonka, New Hope, New Ulm, Nicollet, North Branch, Oak Grove, Ostego, Plymouth, Prior Lake, Ramsey, Richfield, Rockford, Robbinsdale, Shakopee, Shorewood, Soderville, Springfield, Spring Lake Park, St. Louis Park, St. Peter, Wayzata and Winthrop Minnesota; Crisis Connection located in Richfield Minnesota; TopLine Federal Credit Union; and such other jurisdiction as may be assigned by the Executive Board of the Union"
This Charter is granted with all the rights and privileges conveyed in the Constitution upon the condition that the said Local shall at all times comply with the Constitution and the Rules and Regulations thereunder and may be revoked only upon violation thereof and in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution.
