Mission Statement

EDF Together’s mission is to champion the rights, well-being, and collective voice of all employees at EDF. Our members seek to strengthen collaboration within the organization and ensure our relationships are effective, equitable, and rooted in trust. EDF works to advance environmental solutions for a just and livable world, and forming this union will empower staff to enhance that work. 

We are committed to the principle of solidarity: that all EDF employees will be stronger by standing together in pursuit of our mutual interests. The climate crisis demands bold action, and we know that collective action is the most effective kind.

We look forward to leadership recognizing our union, and to joining with the growing labor movement to build a better world, together.
