Mobility Contract T/A, Explanation & Ratification Vote

Thank you for your support & strong mobilization over the past four months in our fight for a fair contract at AT&T Mobility!  We have reached a tentative agreement with the company.  The highlights can be found here:  Orange Contract Highlights. A more detailed summary can be found here:  Detailed Orange Contract Breakdown.  CWA National will be hosting a Town Hall Call to review the Tentative Agreement that Mobility Members will be voting on.  The call will be held on Monday, May 11th at 5pm Pacific Time.  You must register in advance to attend the Town Hall.  You may register for the call here:  Town Hall Registration for Contract Review of T/A.  Our local will be mailing out ballots to all Mobility members to vote to approve or reject the T/A.  You should receive it in the mail within the next 10 days or so.  If you have moved or have any reason to believe we may not have current information for you, please contact the local to update or verify ASAP!  Follow the enclosed instructions to the letter to ensure that your ballot is valid & your vote counts.  Ballots are due back on Thursday, May 21st where the election committee will conduct the vote count.  Vote results are due back from the Local to the National on Friday, May 22nd by noon.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at the hall.  Thank you!
