Francisco "Joe" Sison

Joe was hired with AT&T Mobility in 1997, which at the time was Pacific Bell Mobile Services (PBMS). Joe was absorbed into the union in 1999, volunteering to bargain the first-ever Wireless contract. At the same time to facilitate this, Joe was tapped for stewardship in CWA Local 9423 & has been a union steward since, first serving in this capacity with Local 9423, then Local 9400 & currently in Local 9412 following his career through various AT&T work locations within mobility. Joe continued his service as part of the Mobility bargaining team, an elected position, through 2017. Joe was appointed to the Local 9412 Executive Board in 2003 by former president Cookie Cameron, serving in that capacity from then until present. Following former President Keith Gibbs' resignation, Acting President Art Behnam appointed Joe to the vacated Executive Vice President position, finishing the last year of the term.
