Andre Lane

Andre Lane has been employed by AT&T since 2001, building a distinguished career through a variety of technical and customer-focused roles, including the Collections Department, Installation and Repair Technician, Outside Plant Technician (Lineman), Maintenance Splicing Technician, and Systems Technician. His diverse experience has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the telecommunications industry, while reinforcing his commitment to operational excellence, customer service, and teamwork.

Andre’s dedication to organized labor began in 2010 when he became a Union Steward with CWA Local 9415. He continued his service as a Union Steward with CWA Local 9423 in 2015 before joining CWA Local 9412 as a steward in 2022. Throughout his union career, he has remained committed to advocating for members, fostering solidarity, and promoting fairness in the workplace. In addition to his stewardship responsibilities, Andre has served on the Safety Committee, Human Rights Committee, and Member Assistance Program, demonstrating his commitment to protecting the well-being, rights, and interests of fellow members. He also served on the Executive Board before being appointed as Executive Vice President of CWA Local 9412 by Acting President Art Behnam in July of 2026.

Andre covers the Midwest & Northeast region of CBRE, encompassing North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, DC, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire & Maine.
