Urgent - Dependent Verification

Urgent – I have just been made aware from the National that we still have a number of represented employees who have not provided the required documentation substantiating that their dependents continue to be eligible for coverage under the Nokia Health and Welfare Plans (a number of mailings have been made to employees about this Dependent Reverification requirement/process).  The impact of not responding to the Dependent Reverification by the deadline is that the dependent(s) will be dropped from coverage under the health and welfare plans. 

The NBRC must receive the documentation via fax or via direct upload via the employee’s Your Benefits Resources (YBR) online account by 11:59pm central time on Sunday, May 20, 2018.
