Union Dues Authorization Cards

Brothers and Sisters,

Our Local Secretary/Treasurer, Michelle Ramirez, has mailed out both a Authorization of Deduction from Salary – Union or Equivalent of Union Dues – CWA Cards, and a Political Contributions Committee Payroll Deduction Cards along with a letter of explanation, and a postage paid return envelope to the last known home address of all members that have taken the job offer from Goodman Communication Services.  The local request that you fill out these Cards and return them to Michelle Ramirez as soon as possible, and remind you that doing so will be of great help in keeping both our “Bargaining Unit” and “Local” strong.

The local also recognizes that some members may be on temporary transfer and/or have moved, both a copy of the “Cards” and “Letter” are being provided with this news article.  Please print a copy of the “Cards”, fill them out and mail them to the address listed below.
