SAC Wireless, Our Pensions and ESVTP Offer

Brothers and Sisters,

It is my understanding at this time any union member that has taken or may take any ESVTP Offer from the company and goes to work for SAC Wireless, that their Pension payment will be put on hold until they leave SAC Wireless and their pensions will not accrue during their employment with SAC Wireless.  Not only will their pension payment be placed on hold they will also forfeit the Enhanced Pension Benefit ($20,000 bonus for taking the offer) and their Special Pension Benefit (basically the layoff allowance per Installation Contract 25 Article 21 at 117% to 134.3%). 

The company can do this because the union members take the ESVTP are leaving Nokia and then continuing to work for Nokia because SAC Wireless is a Nokia Company.
