NOKIA BARGAINING REPORT # 66

February 11, 2020Dear Brothers and Sisters,The Company and Union Bargaining Teams met today.  Discussions included Nokia’sOne Delivery Model and the impact on the Installation workforce, low work volumes andprojected work forecast.  The company reminded us that this is typically a slow quarter and thatwork is expected to pick up.  We continued to discuss 3P’s performing Installation work and thecompany’s inability to track the use of subcontractors with any certainty.  This is due to Nokia’sdeployment of NDP which is affectionately called Nokia’s Dumb Plan. The NLRB is currently investigating our latest Board Charge relating to the Company’scontinued violations of the settlement reached last year resolving our previous NLRB charges.We are set to meet with the company again tomorrow.One Day Longer.  One Day Stronger.  An Injury To One, Is An Injury To All.  United WeStand. Your Bargaining Team,Mary Jo ReillySteve AmatoLuis Benitez
