Installers Electing To Take The SVTP

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

The Company announced on March 18, 2019 that a surplus of 122 installers in 17 base locations was declared.  The 17 base locations this effected by this surplus are: Asbury Park, NJ; Camden, NJ; Newark, NJ; Trenton, NJ; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Toledo, OH; Allentown, PA; Harrisburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; St Louis, MO; Kansas City, MO;  Salt Lake City, UT; Albuquerque, NM; and Denver, CO.  The Company also offered the Enhanced Special Voluntary TerminationProgram (ESVTP) in these 17 base locations.  The deadline for the decision was April 12, 2019.  Of those installers notified of being surplused a total of 48 installers took this SVTP.  Please see below for the base location affected and the number of installers that took this SVTP;

2) Newark, NJ - 2 Installers

3) Trenton, NJ - 2 Installers

4) Cincinnati, OH - 1 Installer

5) Columbus, OH - 17 Installers

6) Dallas, TX - 4 Installers

7) Denver, CO - 5 Installers

8) Kansas City, MO - 1 Installer

9) St. Louis, MO - 5 Installers

10) Philadelphia, PA - 3 Installers

11) Salt Lake City, UT - 1 Installer
