Deferred 2019 Open Enrollment for CWA Represented Employees - NOKIA

Due to protracted bargaining between Nokia and CWA, the Company and the Union have agreedto the following:The collective bargaining agreement between Nokia and the Communications Workers of America expired on May 26, 2018, and has been extended through  September 29, 2018while negotiations continue.The annual open enrollment period for 2019, which normally occurs in October, will be postponed until a new collective bargaining agreement is    negotiated and ratified. Your 2018 health and welfare benefit elections (including any voluntary Added Benefits) and contributions will continue during this period.You will be able to make a change to your 2018 elections if you experience a qualified status event, such as the birth of a child, divorce, etc.Once a new collective bargaining agreement has been ratified, you will be notified of the dates.for the 2019 Open Enrollment and you will have the opportunity to make your health and welfare
