Bargaining Report # 5

NOKIA BARGAINING REPORT #5June 20, 2018

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

The Company and your Bargaining Team met again today. The Company responded to several of the Union’s data requests. The Bargaining Team continued to press the Company on the outsourcing model.

The Company stated they "are committed strongly to the direction they laid down for a third party model” and “respectfully” rejected the Union’s comprehensive proposal, stating it was not specific enough to address their cost and flexibility issues.

We are continuing to work on proposals and are scheduled to meet with the Company again tomorrow.

Your Bargaining Team would like to thank the members who showed up in full force at the Nokia facility in Murray Hill today! It was inspiring to see such a great turnout. The Nokia upper level managers certainly took notice.
