Appoinment of Michelle Ramirez - Secretary/Treasurer

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Last August 2nd, Michelle Ramirez was appointed has Secretary/Treasure by the E-Board. And per our locals by-laws a notification was mailed mailed to the last known home address of our members. This appoinment notification letter also included the fact that this appointment by the E-Board could be contended/challenged with instructions to provide it to me in writing by September 1st, 2019.  I have not receive anything in writing by any of our members in the mail, so this appointment of Michelle will be in effect untill our next E-Board election cycle.
