Company Downsizing - Layoff's

Brothers and Sisters,

It is my understanding that on Tuesday May 4th 2022 the company emailed every represented employee within the bargaining unit notifying us that the company will be laying of seven of us.

I just received notice from the CWA T&T Office that the comany has notified each individual represented employee.  It is my understanding these seven individuals were notified by phone and/or email.  It is at this time my understanding that the following states were affected;

1) Colorado - 1 represented employee (member)

2) Hawaii - 1 represented employee (member)

3) Arizona - 1 represented employee (member)

3) Ohio - 3 represented employees (members)

4) Washington D.C. - 1 represented employee (member)

It always hurts to see good union members being laid off.  The company is loosing excellent talent and experience.
