Re: Alcatel-Lucent Performance Plan
Please find attached a letter I received from the Company, describing the
results of the 2017 Alcatel-Lucent Performance Award, paid in 2018. The
award amount will be paid on March 23, 2018.

 “Alcatel-Lucent Performance Plan”

Nokia of America Corporation (formerly Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc. now
“Nokia”) is hereby notifying the Communications Workers of America (the
“CWA”) of the Fiscal Year 2017 results for the “Alcatel-Lucent
Performance Plan” for CWA-represented employees covered by
Installation Contract CWA-25.
Pursuant with Installation Contract CWA-25, the 2017 Alcatel-Lucent
Performance Plan award target is $825 per each represented employee,
but excluding those persons holding the CSI job title (hereafter “Covered
Employee”). Based on the 2017 results against Company-wide metrics,
Nokia’s Board of Directors has authorized award funding at 99% of target.
Therefore, the Alcatel-Lucent Performance Plan award for FY2017 will be
$816.75 (99% of $825) for each Covered Employee. This payment will be
subject to regular withholdings and deductions. Paragraphs 3, 4, and 5 of
the Alcatel-Lucent Performance Plan apply and payments are expected to
be made on March 23, 2018.
