Vyve Broadband (Northland Cable) Bargaining Day 1

Hello Brothers and Sisters,

Your bargaining committee wrapped up day one of bargaining with Vyve Broadband. We provided to them a proposal asking for improvements with wages, vacation, safety, hours of work, holidays, and clothing allowance(s). Vyve was very attentive to our proposal and engaged in detailed conversation. Because much of what we are proposing involves company finances, our proposal will need to be discussed with other members of Vyve management. After the Vyve bargaining team discusses our proposal, they will call on us to reconvene for day two of bargaining. We will continue to post bargaining updates here.
