Northwest Offset Printing Bargaining 2024

Brothers and Sisters,

We are happy to announce the tentative agreement between the Communications Workers of America Local 7818 and Northwest Offset Printing (Cowles) has been ratified by majority vote. In this two year contract will see substantial wage increases for most of our members and acknowledgement of satisfactory yearly employee reviews. This contract will stay in effect from July 7, 2024 to July 7, 2026. 

We didn't get everything we wanted; this was expected. We however saw great wins in other areas, and we need to build off of these wins to further improve our working conditions in the future. Your voices made a difference! We saw it and the company saw it.
