BARGAINING REPORT #8 CENTURYLINK OF MISSOURI Local 6300, 6311, 6312 & 6373 

The Union presented a verbal proposal for the Company to consider due to the changing environment related to the “coronavirus” and the impact it is having on our members; Two (2) year contract extension plus a 2.5 % wage increase in 2020 and 2.5% wage increase in 2021.

The Union and Company met all day and into the night Saturday, March 14, 2020.

The Union and Company met Thursday, March 12, 2020, and today March 13, 2020. The Union and Company continued to discuss the various proposals and ways to come to an agreement on March 14, 2020.

BARGAINING REPORT #5 CENTURYLINK OF MISSOURI Local 6300, 6311, 6312 & 6373 

The Union and Company met Tuesday, March 10, 2020. The Union and Company continued to discuss the various proposals. We discussed CP10, Pension Freeze. The Company provided a sample pension calculation based on the 1.35% formula. The Company is still working on the pension freeze RFI.

The Union and Company met yesterday, March 9, 2020. The Union and Company continued to discuss the various proposals. The Company presented CC to UP7, Article 21, Management Responsibility, CC to UP8, Article 26, Overtime and Sunday Time and Revised CP10 Pension Plan.

The Union and Company met yesterday, March 5, and today March 6, 2020. The Union presented UP20, Article 6, Vacations and UP21, MOA Cooperative Resource Committee (CRC). The Union presented counter proposal; UC to CP23, Memorandum of Agreements (MOA).

The Union and Company met yesterday, March 3, 2020.  The Union presented UP15 through 19.  The Union bargaining committee met the rest of day to review the Company proposals.
