CWA/AT&T Midwest Bargaining Report #49

This morning the committee reviewed Union proposals on:

• Personal Illness
• Problem Resolution Procedures
• Definitions
• Contracting Out
• Contracting Out Review
• Vacations

In an effort to move forward in these negotiations toward an agreement, additional conversations were held on how to bridge the gap on many of the outstanding issues including; job security, adding additional work to the bargaining unit, and benefits.
